The Project
Initial space analysis to calculate the exact space requirements of the business and to assess various buildings and to advise on their suitability. This was followed by Project Management of the relocation of 160 Staff into the selected floors totaling 23,000 sq ft including space planning, design, budget control and managing the fitting out contractor and furniture suppliers.

Client Objectives
To identify a low cost building close to Lloyds that would accommodate the key divisions of the business in a single location with good presentation and meeting facilities.

Key Facts
The Space was designed mostly in open plan with the key divisions working together allowing good communications.

A meeting room suite was created for all divisions of the company to use.

Inheriting the Landlord's air conditioning system proved to be problematic, as it had not been installed and commissioned properly. Further works were required to rectify the problems.
