Key Facts The Space was designed mostly in open plan with the key divisions working together allowing good communications. A meeting room suite was created for all divisions of the company to use. Inheriting the Landlord's air conditioning system proved to be problematic, as it had not been installed and commissioned properly. Further works were required to rectify the problems.
