Sungard 25 Canada Square, Citigroup Tower, London The Project The consolidation of offices in 5 different locations in the City of London to one central location in Canary Wharf to allow SunGard to operate in a new central European Headquarters of approximately 75,000 sq ft. Client Objectives To create a highly professional office environment that supports the strategic business objective of "one voice to the Customer". To improve working methods and communications between teams in order to enhance productivity and Client Service. Key Facts The floors were designed mostly on an open plan basis with a single space standard for all job functions using a bench style furniture system. Break Out areas were introduced to encourage informal communication between teams. A new "Client Experience" area was designed within the Reception Area to demonstrate SunGard's commitment to its Customers.
