The Project

Space Analysis and Strategic Report for a 15,000 sq ft reorganisation followed by the project management and design for the refurbishment of offices on a phased basis with the Client in occupation.

Client Objectives
To fully evaluate the business case for relocating to new offices.

Key Facts
Having completed the initial space analysis, we carried out an appraisal of a local building and the Client's existing building in Jewry Street. The decision was made to remain in the existing building.

A very strict budget was set and our designers worked closely with the contractor to develop design solutions that would work within the costs.

A new reception area was created and all 5 floors were refurbished in the building with the Client in occupation throughout. Asbestos had to be removed from 3 floors by a specialist contractor over a series of weekends.
