Office relocation specialists, Interactive Space, has helped independent broker and advisory house, Peel Hunt, move to their new HQ in the City of London.

Peel Hunt moves this week to 25,000sq ft of newly designed offices on the second floor of Moor House on London Wall. Through a sixteen-week programme, Interactive Space has project managed the design and fit out for the whole project, ensuring some 150 staff will be fully operational from day one.

Interactive Space were appointed in April 2011 through a competitive pitch, their CEO David Atkinson said; "We worked closely with acquiring agent Peter Lance of Allsops to find a suitable building that would fit the needs of Peel Hunt. This was achieved through our space analysis, where we calculated Peel Hunt's business requirements in terms of space, including their future expansion plans. As a result of this analysis, we looked at 12 buildings before finally recommending Moor House as the best option and appropriate location for the new head quarters."

Steven Fine, Managing Partner at Peel Hunt commented on the new offices "We were looking to relocate to an environment that is comfortable and functional in addition to providing sufficient levels of security to ensure Client confidentiality.." He went on to say "Interactive Space has made the whole process of moving extremely smooth and they have given us a new high-quality working environment that reflects our brand."

Throughout the space, secure access to dedicated sound-insulated areas allows for Client confidentiality. Open plan trading and research floors, back office functions such as finance, personnel and compliance and glass fronted management offices are rewarded by an abundance of space and natural light.

IT is serviced by a communications room which houses over 1,000 network points, allowing the continuous and uninterrupted flow of vital data to ensure the business operates seamlessly.
