Och Ziff take space in the former Dickens & Jones building on Regent Street |
| Hedge Fund Och Ziff took a lease on 25,000 sq ft of office space in the former Dickens & Jones department store (now called the Iona Building) on Regent Street in the West End of London.
It has a Grade 2 listing which meant the interior design needed to comply with the exacting requirements of the Westminster Conservation Department. Key features of the building such as fluted columns and ornate cornices to the beams had to be carefully considered.
Our designers were asked to create a highquality facility to impress Clients and give Staff a first class working environment.
