The Project
Project management and design for the phased refurbishment of this 19,000 sq ft building, on behalf of the landlord, in order to attract new tenants.

Client Objectives
To attract and sign up new tenants at a good market rental in as short a space of time as possible, with minimal expenditure on the building.

The project had to be procured within a fixed budget and limited time frame (10 weeks on site).

Key Facts
Initial Space Planning and feasibility studies were carried out on behalf of Tenants at an early stage to demonstrate how the space would work for them. The necessary fitting out works were put in hand to match the needs of each Tenant.
