Legg Mason Investments 75 King William Street, London, EC3 The Project The Design (including M&E and IT) and Project Management of the fitting out of a 14,000 sq ft floor to provide open plan space, cellular offices, meeting room suite with state of the art video conference and presentation facilities. Client Objectives To bring 2 divisions of Legg Mason together from 2 separate locations in Docklands to operate on a single floor within the heart of the City of London. The installation of IT equipment and data links to the US were key to the success of the project and to the ongoing operations of the business. To provide smart and professional Client presentation facilities, and good accommodation for Staff with Break Out areas and light open plan work spaces. Key Facts Purpose designed reception area and Client facility to portray a feeling of quality but not opulence. The management and coordination of the voice and data systems were handled by our IT Specialists including arranging, and co-ordinating the data links to the Baltimore office. New furniture was installed throughout the open plan areas, cellular offices and meeting rooms.
