| Advent Underwriting, specialist underwriters with expertise in the property business, have recently exchanged on 25,000 sq ft of office space in 2 Minster Court, London, EC3.
Advent were advised by Roger Weaver of Newton Perkins and the Landlord, Prupim, was advised by Ian Campbell of Spring 4. Interactive Space supported the negotiations with technical advice on the building fabric and the M&E installations, having been appointed for Project Management and Cost Consultancy Services.
The Landlord`s CAT A works will be done in parallel to the Tenant`s CAT B works, thus saving time and cost for both parties. Fast track programming by our Project Management team, will enable the Client to move into the new space at the end of August 2010.
