The project, including removals and new furniture, had to be completed within a restricted budget. Key Facts Having carried out M&E surveys, we helped negotiate a capital contribution from the Landlord to upgrade the existing lighting to comply with LG3 recommendations. The reception was designed to reflect the corporate image and included a mural of the Client's main ship yard in Seoul. The majority of the space was open plan and storage was used to delineate walkways. Management had large cellular offices depending on their level of seniority. Meeting rooms, a Comms Room and a Tea Point were also provided and new furniture was installed in all areas.
