Euromoney refurbish freehold building

Euromoney's main objective was to maximise the investment in the freehold of their building in Blackfriars, London by carrying out a total refurbishment to provide good quality office accommodation for a division of the Euromoney Group.

Interactive was instrumental in leading the team of Architects, M&E Engineers, Acoustic Specialists, Lift Consultants and Structural Engineers for the designs and specifications for the building refurbishment. Careful management of the Contractor and programme were essential to the success of the project.
