Client Objectives To maximise the investment in the freehold of the building by carrying out a thorough refurbishment to a standard which will expand the life of the building. To design and fit out the floors of the building for the occupation by Staff from a new division of the Euromoney Group. Key Facts A significant refurbishment was carried out which included replacement of all the windows, extensive roof repairs, new parapet gutter, cill replacements, new air conditioning system, new electrical and data distribution and new WC's. Interactive Space managed the professional team of Architects, M&E Engineers, Structural Engineers, Lift Consultants, Acoustic Consultants and Contractors. Planning permission was required for the external works.
