Enrich Reward forced out by Crossrail

Following a compulsory purchase order of Enrich`s building on 101 Moorgate by Crossrail, our Client was obliged to find new office accommodation at break neck speed (Interactive had created the Clients existing offices only in September 2008).

Robert Scull of Boon Godbold was appointed again to find new space and Interactive Space was appointed soon after in October 2009.

Following a swift search and Building Appraisal, a new lease was signed on 13th November 2009 on 8,000 sq ft of new space at 33 Gutter Lane, London EC2!

Enrich are due to move into the newly fitted space at the end of January 2010, only 3 months after appointing Interactive Space.
