Project management, space planning and cost control based on intense staff consultation, design, procurement by tender and fit out of about 22,000 sq ft over two floors.

Client Objectives
The move represented a relocation from a very tired and outdated environment, mainly cellular and spread across two separate buildings. The new office was to set new design and space standards to create consistency for all teams. The new office also enabled appropriate meeting facilities, storage and break out areas to support the day-to-day activities..

Key Facts
Intense staff consultation, space planning, design and tender period followed by 12 week fit out programme in order to deliver new space efficient and tailor made accommodation to reflect a modern working environment. Works had to address significant shortcomings of the base built refurbishment, including raised flooring, lighting and air conditioning. The new environment included team space within open plan supplemented by a number of offices and meeting rooms, including state of the art training facility. Separate break out spaces on both floors.
