The Project
Following on from a previous project Christie's retained Interactive Space for a further relocation project of some of their high profile legal and financial teams from the King Street HQ to the prestigious St James's location. Project management and space planning based on intense staff consultation, design, project management of the fit out of 9,000 sq ft as well as furniture procurement and removal tender.

Client Objectives
The new office space reflects a similar design standard to Christie's office space on Oxford Street including furniture with the new space standards that are now being rolled out throughout Christie's offices.

The office space provides limited natural light which dictated the use of mainly glass partitioning for offices and meeting rooms. The new offices also provide modern facilities, storage and break out areas to support the day-to-day activities.

Key Facts
Intense staff consultation and space planning period, followed by 9 week fit out programme delivering space efficient and tailor made accommodation to reflect a modern working environment. Negotiation of contract with the contractor that was used on previous project. Significant landlords liaison due to nature of listed building and high end base built design.
