The Project
Interactive Space was appointed by Catllin to carry out Due Diligence and work alongside the Client`s team of Commercial Agents and Lawyers to negotiate the terms of the lease for 125,000 sq ft of office space in the old Barclays Building. The building had been refurbished recently but a number of issues were identified by our M&E Engineers and Building Surveyors.

The lease terms were successfully negotiated with the Landlord and Interactive Space was subsequently appointed for the Project Management of the full professional team of Designers, M&E Engineers, IT Consultants, Acoustic Specialists and Contractors for the Design and fitting out of the space.

Objectives

Key Facts
