This means we are always on the look out for good people in the following roles: Project Managers We are always looking for Client facing people with the knowledge and experience of office relocations. You will ideally have experience in taking Clients through the entire process, from initial brief to the move. We focus on an ability to deliver key business objectives for the Clients, including: - Improved efficiency - Reduced running costs - Creating a better working environment - Helping them to recruit and retain staff. Designers We are looking for people who can understand the Client's objectives and interpret them to design a new working environment. This environment may be designed to improve: - Image - Productivity - Communications - Staff morale - Staff recruitment and retention. Business Development Manager We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager with a recent Chartered Surveying background in Commercial Agency.
