ACM Shipping Pall Mall East, London, SW1 The Project Space Planning, Design and Fitting Out of 8,000sq ft of offices including a Trading Floor, Client Meeting Rooms, Comms Room, Break Out Area, Locker Room and Showers. The professional team consisted of Designers, M&E Engineers, IT Consultants, Planning Supervisor, Building Control, Catering Consultants, Structural Engineers. Client Objectives Move out of very tired offices into a new environment that would improve morale and productivity by providing an efficient working area and break out space. A new IT infrastructure and trading desks were key to the success of the trading and broking sides of the business. Key Facts A new corporate image was developed that was reflected in the design of the reception, Client meeting areas and trading floor. Most of the Client's Staff either cycle or run to work and so a full changing and shower facility was provided. New dealing desks were installed with moveable tops that provided full access to all data and power points for the IT department. Other furniture was specified by our Designers to the meeting rooms and break out areas.
